Irish Filmmaker Portia A. Buckley & Her Heartfelt and Beautiful Short Film CLODAGH

Writer/director Portia A. Buckley's work focuses on character-driven narratives centered around marginalized, strong-willed, female protagonists.

She has been sponsored by the BFI and Kodak. Her previous short BIRTHDAY GIRL won the ‘Kodak Best Shot on Film’ award at Holly Shorts with many more international accolades.

Her new short film, CLODAGH is a heartfelt film, produced by Michael Lindley of Afternoon Pictures and PG Productions. And executive produced by Academy Award winner Serena Armitage.

CLODAGH has been selected by the prestigious OSCAR qualifying Cleveland International Film Festival, where it won the Spalding and Jackson Award: In Celebration of Joy.

The film will also play at Short Shorts Asia (Tokyo) and the Tribeca Film Festival (New York).
