Writer/Director Richard Bakewell discusses the Making of his film ROSWELL DELIRIUM

Writer-director Richard Bakewell, a veteran cinematographer and television camera operator who has worked with major media figures like Gordon Ramsay, Oprah Winfrey, Mark Wahlberg and on noted television docu-series Cops, Last Chance U, and Cheer.

His new feature film ROSWELL DELIRIUM is a response to both his own journey back from PTSD and the global response to the 2020 pandemic. 

Set in the 1980s, ROSWELL DELIRIUM connects aliens, the Cold War, and historical tragedy in an intimate and moving coming-of-age drama as it turns back the clock and revisits the 1980s from the perspective of a young woman who believes she has contacted aliens who can help cure the after effects of a nuclear disaster.  

ROSWELL DELIRIUM brings the elements of aliens, UFOs, Area 51, nuclear war together for a suspense drama that the audience will live along with the characters.
